Culinary workshops ended in Piwniczna-Zdrój, whose inspiration was to familiarize the shepherd culinary traditions of the nadpadzkie highlanders, which for years was shaped by the influence of Wallachian settlers living in our area. The presented dishes were prepared according to the cultural heritage and recipes of our ancestors. Although this kitchen is poor, it can surprise with its taste and variety. Bon Appetit!
