The festival - Janosik Days in Terchova - began to be organized by enthusiasts of shepherd culture in the 1960s, and since 1992 the festival has become an international event. The concerts take place in the amphitheater, which can seat up to 6,000 spectators. Thanks to the festival you can get to know folk music, applied art, artistic works, photographs, crafts are presented. An important part of the program is a solemn concert and mass for "bearers of folk traditions". The unique atmosphere of the festival means that many guests from Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic come here. The festival takes place at the beginning of August and lasts all weekend. The event price list is varied and admission prices range from 25 Euro for the whole event, to 9 Euro for one day.
