Adam Gruszka is the shepherd at Hala Boracza and Cukiernica. Thanks to his work, pastoralism was restored here. The tradition of sheep washing and breeding is cultivated here. As in every shepherd's hut, bryndze, oscypek and redykołki are made. Shepherd's hut is a small, boarded building, covered with scaffolds.
