The seventh issue of the "Carpathian Socio-Economic Review" published as part of the project "The world of Carpathian rosettes - actions to preserve the cultural uniqueness of the Carpathians" co-financed by the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020.

In the modern world, cultural tourism develops by drawing on the resources of tangible and intangible heritage. This process is influenced by various factors, and the end result is a specific product, the constituent parts of which are selected elements of the cultural heritage of a given place. It has nothing to do with reconstruction or copying, it has to be true. All these details, composed of a tourist product, with both natural and cultural values, attractive to a potential tourist - are given a complex symbolic meaning.
