On July 22, 2017 In Koniaków, in the Pastoral Center - On the Wallachian Culture Trail - workshops of techniques related to wool processing were organized. During the show of traditional sheep wool processing, participants were acquainted with the raw material in the form of sheep's fleece, tops, yarn, felt, and cloth. Traditional wooden wool processing equipment was also presented - combs, spindles, reels, reels, reels, looms, etc. During the workshops, spinning, crocheting, knitting as well as needlework techniques on fingers and hands were taught. After a short demonstration of warp winding, we began learning weaving techniques on looms, as well as on pads intended for children's work. A lecture on wool acquisition and its health values and versatile use encouraged participants to prepare practical work in the form of pillows, as well as various interior decorations.
