On October 5, 2018, an event called "Great Boyko Watra" took place in Polańczyk. The event was aimed at presenting traditional Boyko music combined with tasting of Carpathian cuisine. Refreshments were waiting for guests who wanted to get to the fire. Everyone could try the taste of regional dishes such as proziaki with garlic butter, freshly smoked sausages, black pudding and warmth and many other delicacies. The culminating moment was the Bojkowski cauldron tasting. Artists from bands playing traditional music from the Carpathian region honored their culinary feast. About 90 people took part in the event.
