Dumplings with sheep's cheese (bryndziołki) Lesser Poland

pre-cooked and ground potatoes). Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes and then serve with butter or greaves. They can also be served with horseradish sauce or other toppings. Dumplings are best made using bryndza podhalańska, which was included in the list of traditional products by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2005.
