A series of events in Zglobień

As part of the "Wołoska Culture Trail" project, a series of events for children and adults in Zgłobień was carried out. The initiative began with a presentation on Wallachian culture. On 12.09, 13.09, 3.10 and 4.10, students took part in ceramic workshops, where they had the opportunity to make Wallachian dishes out of clay. Wool felting workshops took place on 21.09 and 24.09.

On October 4, students of Class IV and VI took part in an organized trip to the sheep farm. There they got to know the specifics of the breeding and listened to the host's lecture. After visiting the farm, students learned Wallachian songs.

From 1-10.10, an art competition was organized "Wallachian village through the eyes of a child", in which students in grades IV-VIII performed the characters of shepherd, Ukrainian, knight, clergyman and craftsman.

The biggest attraction was the construction of the Wallachian "mini settlement" under the watchful eye of Mr. Bogdan Kaczor - a specialist in survival (08.10.2018). The constructors learned the physical work of shepherd peoples. After such hard tasks, it was time for entertainment and a meal. On Tuesday, October 9, a solemn summary took place in the park at the Primary School in Zgłobień. As part of the initiative, children, teachers and invited guests had the opportunity to learn about the traditions, customs, construction and culinary arts of Wołochów. Director Bartłomiej Wisz distributed diplomas and prizes to the winners of the "Wallachian village through the eyes of a child". Then the teachers, students and guests gathered at the hearth tasted Wallachian dishes, sang songs and enjoyed the charms of the beautiful Polish autumn.
